Previously, the Ministry of Transport was the authorized state agency to manage the project. However, at present, there are still 11 locations in the area of Lang Giang district (Lang Son province) which are still facing problems; The main route still has 14 problems, affecting the construction of the road foundation and bridge piers. In particular, lingering problems at bidding packages XL15-CT and XL19-CT greatly affect the completion of the entire Project. In addition to the main route, there are also 4 problem locations affecting the construction of the collection road and the bridge section in packages XL15-CT and XL18-CT. Location City. Bac Giang currently has 5 locations, in which the main line is stuck at 02 locations, section km 108 + 280 because 02 households prevent them from relocating. In addition, the route NH1 also has problems with 3 locations for site clearance.
The section of the road in Lang Son province has basically completed the settlement of the main route, leaving only a few additional land acquisition locations such as relocation of the canal, widening of the ta-luy roof. clearance.
According to Mr. Vinh, the company is urgently constructing, speeding up at the points where the site has been handed over. However, the unit is in need of participation and active local support in the handover of the site to ensure the construction progress of the Bac Giang – Lang Son expressway, bringing the project to the destination by the end of 2019. Contributing to socio-economic development of the two provinces of Bac Giang and Lang Son in particular and of the whole region through which the route passes.
The route is designed with 4 lanes, speed 100 km / h. So far, the output of expressway component construction has reached 3,762 billion VND (reaching 60%), of which the volume of excavation and embankment construction has reached 98%; construction of macadam aggregate reached 88%; construction of culverts of all kinds reaches 95%; plastic concrete construction 16%; 33/33 bridges were constructed of bridges, demand output reached 87%. The disbursement value reached 6,926 billion VND, in which the disbursement for site clearance was 1,485 billion VND; disbursement for consultancy and construction packages reached 4,441 billion VND. The total investment of the project is 12,188 billion.
