Bac Giang – Lang Son Expressway
Bac Giang – City Expressway Construction Investment Project Lang Son, section Km45 + 100 – Km108 + 500, combining with strengthening the road surface of NH1, section Km1 + 800 – Km106 + 500, Bac Giang province and Lang Son province, shall be implemented by BOT contract. Regarding the expressway component, the starting point of the project is Km45 + 100 (intersecting NH1, Sao Mai, Chi Lang, Lang Son); the end point is Km108 + 500, connecting with the end point of the NH1 upgrading and expanding project, section Hanoi – Bac Giang. The total length of the expressway is 63,86km. Regarding component NH1, the starting point is at Km1 + 800, at Huu Nghi and Lang Son border-gate areas; the end point is at Km112 + 038.84 (Ly route QL1), in Tan Dinh commune, Bac Giang. The total length of the whole route is 110.2km. The project was started in March 2016 by the investor of BOT Bac Giang Lang Son Joint Stock Company. Project progress is currently being accelerated, the 105km enhancement component on NH1, section Km1 + 800 – Km106 + 500, has basically been completed up to now. It is expected that by the end of 2019, the 64km new construction component will end and open the entire route by the beginning of 2020.
